Terrible after sales service NO REPLY WHATSOEVER TO ANY OF MY EMAILS I think my order has been lost by the courier company and I have emailed SILVERA many times only to be completely ignored I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

No delivery after payment and no contact
Hello I have not received any updates regarding my order placed on the e-shop over two months ago I have had no response to my emails or calls However the payment has been successfully processed It is unacceptable to leave customers without proper follow-up Shall I start a legal action or contact DGCCRF

Dont buy from their eshop go buy at the shop
They informed me that what I purchased would be delivered in 6-8 weeks and it was delivered in 2 I requested installation they informed me that I can only request that before delivery So if it would be delivered as they informed me I would request installation before delivery And long intervals to get an answer to emails Like 10 days and noone helps you over the phone I do not tecommend eshop I RECEIVED THE BELOW RESPONSE FROM THE SHOP THEY EVEN DID NOT FOLLOW THE ORDER AND SEE THAT 50 EUROS for Silvera Service WAS PAID AT THE PURCHASE SO QUITE CARELESS WITH CLIENTS
