Top Notch Care at Silverado

My husband has been at Silverado for about 5 months now At the time he was admitted he was having issues with aggression associated with his Alzheimer s Lourdes I call her the cruise director and head nurse Jessica were so welcoming and willing to take on the challenge when other facilities wouldn t even consider accepting him Since then they have worked tirelessly to help get him stabilized They and the rest of the staff are genuinely so caring and compassionate I feel my husband is safe now and happy as he can be in his new home I would recommend Silverado Beach Cities to anyone I know who has a loved one who needs memory care It s so comforting to know they are in the best hands

I am so grateful for Silverado Beverly Place I could not take care of my mother with the same compassion and attention to care as the staff does Everyone is so kind and interactive with her It is sometimes a difficult journey seeing a loved one with this progressive disease and I m thankful to have a partner in Silverado to be there for me and my family but most of all to be there for my mother

Silverado Barton Springs

My mother has been a resident at Silverado Barton Springs in Austin for 2 years I met the entire staff on my visit and explained the situation with my parents We had two caregivers 24 7 for my parents at an assisted living facility to help them with their daily needs I did not believe the staff at Silverado when they told me we would not need additional caregivers but they were right My mother is in a wheelchair and the caregivers make sure she gets out of her room for every meal and many activities in the morning She is always in a good mood when we see her I highly recommend Silverado Barton Springs in Austin

Beverly Place is filled with life

I had the pleasure of touring Silverado Memory Care I first learned about the communities and Silverado s care model from Shannon Mann I also had the pleasure of meeting Taylor the Administrator I was so impressed with both of their knowledge passion and what was shared that as an educator and psychologist I had to see it in action The place is beautiful and the care appeared excellent but what made it extra special was the team and the love towards the residents that I witnessed I would recommend Silverado Beverly Place to anyone needing memory care

Silverado North Shore--Quite Pleased

Silverado North Shore has done a great job for my sister and our family We know she is safe well-fed has her personal needs attended to and gets to participate in activities and events The staff there have by and large been friendly attentive and open to questions about policies and procedures In visiting there we have never felt less than welcomed never rushed nor herded The feeling at Silverado North Shore is less institutional and more home-like which was a great relief during my sister s transition from living at home to living in a different home There s great interaction amongst the clients and freedom to explore the grounds Well-behaved pets are welcome to visit too which my sister as a long-time dog-lover enjoys There has been a bit of staff turnover but it doesn t appear to have affected the high quality of care

Silverado Southlake was an answered

Silverado Southlake was an answered prayer for my loved one with a history of behavior issues He settled down immediately and those issues ceased once he arrived He has been there almost two years with no problems It s a beautiful facility with lots of activities for the residents I love that they have common pets dogs cats and birds for the residents to enjoy The many kitchen areas throughout the facility are stocked with fresh fruit and snacks that are available at all times And they really know how to throw a party complete with awesome food preparation But the best thing is that I don t have to worry about my loved one I know he is in good and caring hands

I visit the Beverly Place Silverado

I visit the Beverly Place Silverado home once a month and I honestly look forward to going there I m usually there early in the morning and I often see residents sitting and talking on the patio by the entrance From the moment I set foot on the property I m greeted warmly I recently read New Possibilities in Memory Care by Loren Shook Stephen Winner the founders of Silverado and I m really impressed with the way they engage the residents individually My mother Leah passed away 2 years ago I didn t know about Silverado and she was in a different home She was well taken care of but whenever I enter the Beverly Place Silverado I can see the difference and visualize her really thriving there I honestly think she would have lived longer with the Silverado way of life

Silverado Southlake is a caring community

The staff are warm caring and go the extra mile to ensure residents feel safe loved and have fun There are so many themed group activities and you can tell residents are having a good time from the ear-to-ear smiles on their faces

I ve led and created a lot of teams Silverado Southlake is a great team of folks Everybody on that team is engaged in helping your loved ones address this next stage of life If you have a really challenging set of circumstances they shine when given the opportunity

I cannot say enough about Silverado Thousand Oaks When my mom was in crisis and I had no experience dealing with Memory Care they jumped right in and helped in so many ways to get what was needed and after she arrived they have been Excellent to Outstanding The facility is beautiful and kept so clean and welcoming and the staff from the Administration to the landscape technician s and everyone in between are so helpful and friendly and treat my mom like a Queen I never worry about her living there she is in such great hands
