Poor CS
They ignore customer service emails and remove bad reviews A pair of jeans I bought from them less than six months ago has ripped from poor quality material used I wore this pair no more than five times as they were bought soon before it got too hot to wear jeans Upon wearing them again after cooler weather came back they split in the inner thigh area My emails were completely disregarded A review I left for the pair in question was removed from the site They are a scam waiting to happen

Second pair of jeans I ve bought from Silver and the seam at the back that is supposed to be dead center of your ass well after waking in them for 5 minutes that seam works it way over to the left side butt cheek Adjust and they do it again 108 for a pair of these now low quality jeans with rich man pricing

Poor quality
In the last 2 weeks I have torn 3 pairs of silver jeans in the exact same spot Right side leg right at the seam The quality of silvers material seems to have decreased drastically in the past year Each of these 3 pairs tore on the 2nd time wearing and were only washed once after purchase and not doing any excessive working or walking in them Pretty sure they tore just getting in and out of my truck when I stepped up onto the running board and they aren t tight fitting on me either In the past I have had silvers that I have wore hundreds of times and lasted years but this doesn t seem to be the case anymore Don t get me wrong I love the jeans and how they fit but the quality of material NOT IMPRESSED
