Traveled with them in 2022 and everything was really good Tiberius picked us up from Calais and crossed with my 13 year old dog which suffers from anxiety Everything went well and he helped with all paperwork Really happy with the service

I travelled with Tiberius and my doggy on the euroshuttle from Calais back into the UK It was a brief but pleasant journey and Tiberius knowledge of the system and presence at the border was very reassuring for me as I feared missing paper work on my first crossing via the channel I wish I had extended until the final destination

I used this service twice with my cat and both times I travelled with Tiberius who was fantastic He was extremely supportive especially when presenting documentation at the border and despite it being a long journey Tiberius checked in regularly to ensure we felt comfortable throughout the journey I would highly recommend Tiberius and this service

Exceptional travel

Me boyfriend and Coco travelled with Tiberius He picked us up from Calais France and dropped us off at the hotel in Folkstone UK It was a seamless hassle free travel experience it only took us 30mins We cannot recommend him enough 10 out of 10 Will definitely use his service again going back to France

Excellent and knowledgeable service

Tiberius provides an absolutely faultless service I have used him many times travelling back and forth from Folkestone to Calais with my elderly dog His Eurotunnel and train connection knowledge is unmatched and I always feel very safe and looked after always confident that I will reach my destination whatever the vagaries of Eurotunnel or sudden rail cancellations He is extremely responsive and we can keep in touch if my train from Paris is ever delayed somewhat Even in tricky situations eg once when flooding closed down the TGV line to from Calais Fr thun Tiberius worked out another rail route within seconds and dropped me safely at Calais Ville instead for an easy connection to Lille and onto Paris Similarly when rail strikes hit the UK he was able to drop me back to central London I cannot recommend him enough especially if this might be the first time you are travelling with your pet - you are in the safest hands
