Loved every minute of it the race makers were so helpful the security staff were great it was pouring down with rain but they still did the jobs with a massive smile I am registered as disabled and they were so helpful making sure I didn t slip on the wet ground

I had a query when ordering a ticket for the Walter Hayes week end The ticket did not appear for downloading My credit card got charged Contacted customer services and the lady who handled my query was very helpful I had to send her some more information thanked me for sending and told me what she had done Within a week my money was refunded
