Zero lack of support
I bought an item for a birthday present for my wife on January 25th The item arrived on time Monday January 29th around midday I opened the package to see the completely wrong item was delivered I ordered a black down puffer coat and I received a black fur jacket I immediately reached out to support via there website showing what I ordered on the order confirmation sheet versus the incorrect fur jacket they sent I ve had no reply from support to try and resolve the issue and I ve tried emailing them calling them via the number on their website and even as far as Instagram direct messages Easily the worst lack of customer support I ve ever experienced and lack of accountability for their own mistake

Amazing experience
