This review should be no stars but unfortunately that s not a possibility PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY believe in the saying that when the price of something is to good to be true its usually the case This is very true regarding this company I sent a message to customer services before I placed my first order and got a quick response to my enquiries Yet after placing a 200 order and paying for next day delivery it was a different kettle of fish I placed my order on Monday morning and received a order update on Monday evening stating my order had been dispatched Royal mail tracking details were provided On Tuesday morning I decided to check the tracking details to see if I could get a idea of what time to expect the parcel On checking the tracking details provided it stated Royal mail were still waiting to receive the package from the supplier Due to this I messaged the company to try and find out what was going on They totally ignored my message I thought maybe I hadn t placed my order in time for it to be dispatched for next day delivery But it s now Wednesday no response to my enquiries and tracking details still stating Royal mail are yet to receive the package PLEASE DONT BECOME THE NEXT VICTIM BY LETTING THIS COMPANY STEAL YOUR MONEY Since posting this review I contacted the company letting them know that I had involved the fraud department of my bank but expected that message to be ignored too However that wasn t the case Quickly after sending the message I received a call from the company who were very apologetic towards me They explained that due to 1 of the items on my order being out of stock it had delayed the dispatch of my order They refunded me the cost of the item and said I would receive the rest of my order the following day I have to admit I was still very hesitant in believing this but thought I would give the company a chance My order was actuslly delivered the next day everything apart from the out of stock item was included along with some free gifts So far there has been no issues with any of the items I have opened I even received a follow up customer services courtesy call making sure I was happy with everything I have now given this company 5 stars Their prices are really cheap compared to other companies and I will be placing more orders in the future
