Everyone has an opinion and reviews allow us all to have a voice I can only base my opinion on my experiences and I have read the other reviews From what I read I can t understand what the other reviews are reviewing about It s like whoever their review is about is the polar opposite to how I think of my experience with Simon Charles Firstly I am Chinese and don t think I am the easiest person to deal with But I certainly haven t experienced racist staff In fact the staff are always mega friendly and always go over what I actually expect from an auction house I have had a few issues with items I bought but to be honest you have to take the rough with the smooth It is down to the buyer to make sure the items they bought are the items they walk away with They pre- warn you in the terms that Minor discrepancies may occur and if you are not happy what did they sign for it for I think the unhappy reviews may be more of a case of people starting with poor attitudes and being treated the same way back I have found the office girls efficient and kind and I have to mention 2 warehouse chaps Matt Hunt and a Chap with a Liverpool accent Due to my own fault I needed assistance with a couple of problems Both these employees made it their priority to help me with my problems and resolved the issues without any hesitation I wasn t passed from pillar to post and the problem was quickly sorted out beyond my expectations Thank you all at Simon Charles quite simply put I REALLY THINK YOU ARE ALL MARVELOUS

Love this place I bid on items regular and am there probably every other day Yes sometimes you have to wait a while but so what I ve had many a bargains from there I have had a few problems with items but I ve always been refunded when necessary All the lads do a great job and remain professional at all times even when customers speak to them like crap which I ve witnessed many of times Tony one of the managers is great and always helps me if I need it Keep up the good work guys

Thank you Tony and the rest of team your doing a great job I don t go often but when I do it s always busy and the team are non stop trying to service the customers I have had some great buys and also some not so good buys I only view the online pic so its a chance I am taking Thanks again guys and keep up the good work

I have bought various Items and had no issues at all the CS has been great too and always answer when I call I bought a lot of two Drones with an RRP of 59 99 each and I paid 18 for both WINI bought the Vibroplate slim 3 with seat with an RRP of 169 for 22 WINI also bought a Max fit bit with an RRP of 118 for 12 WINSo all in all a massive saving Cant see what the issues are or understand the negative feedback as I have had a very positive experience so far

I have been going to this auction for many years now yes at the beginning I also made mistakes of buying things without looking and had many things not working but at the same time I have many bargain but over all I m very happy for the bargains I have received it s a auction if you can t take a risk then this is not for you but like myself I enjoyed this auction I have had a wonderful time bitting and also had many expensive items 20 of shop price when I m bitting I always double the price so I know how much it will cost I have recently bought perfume and cream from them by estee Lauder all 50 of shop price but I only buy new electrical stuff new not shop returned so that s upto you what you choose to buy and it s not the auction house fault and general I find all the staff are helpful if you are not abuse to them I understand that some of you have lost money but I also did at the beginning because it was my own fault not Simon Charles fault they buy and sell everything it s upto us to choose wisely good luck enjoy bargain hunting

I only looked at the reviews once I had purchased n boy did I panic a little but absolutely no need as my item is new and works as it should It is the gamble of the auction without viewing and mine paid off I left a message with office trying to arrange collection and no issues with the service as I was contacted in good time and the guys at the depot was so helpful Thank you for an easy transaction
