Good quality for price

I ordered some pink embossed drinking glasses and placemats They were packaged well and came within a week Very pleased with the quality for the price of both

Never received item but Simons was GREAT

I ordered a sweatsuit from Simons and never received it This is going to be a long review but it s a good one I love Simons itself They have great selection I could spend hours in their store During quarantine I wanted to get myself a cute sweatsuit so I went online and saw a cute Champion set I LOVE how they let you put in your size in other brands to help you choose what size you d be in a certain item It was so helpful because I can definitely vary a lot when it comes to sizing so that was great I knew the delivery would be delayed and I had no issues with that totally understandable I ordered around mid-April and got notification that it should be delivered to my home on April 28 A couple days pass and it hadn t shown up The Canada Post tracker just said it was out for delivery in my city so I thought with their delays it must just be sitting in the truck somewhere in the city and they ll get to me Anyway about another week passes and no updates from Canada Post So I submit a ticket and they get back to me on May 13 saying the item was not delivered and I need to ask the sender to submit a claim So I call Simons but their phone lines are closed annoying but fair enough and so I have to send a request through their website They said it would be 72 business hours before I got a response and it was pretty much exactly that When they did get in touch with me they were SO helpful The issue was sorted within 24 hours and the refund was issued almost immediately I really appreciate that Simons takes this route rather than submitting the claim with Canada Post and making the customer wait for all of that back and forth Shoutout to Golda F for being so helpful

My order status has been in progress for the past 7 days and based on what I ve read so far it s likely to be cancelled a week later without explanation maybe if this happens to 10 of us we could send their CS a group email asking for an explanation

14 days is how long it took for them to do anything but sadly all that was done was them finally deciding to do something with my order Don t know why it takes that long if you re just going to cancel my Order on me but alright I guess I ve learned that I shouldn t want Pants from somewhere A sincere thanks to you for teaching me why

Do not expect you items ordered

They use Nationex which offers the worst delivery service I ve ever experienced I m at the point where if I order something I have no expectations whenever I ll receive it I keep receiving e-mails from Nationex telling me to expect today delivery which is just a bunch of lies And when you call Simons customer service do not expect very much from them except a phone call directly to Nationex

This brand ran a commercial that strongly suggested that I should die because I have some incurable issues with health Why a retail company would even feel the need to run an advertisement like this is beyond me
