New to Private Practice and SimplePractice

I am new to private practice after having spent decades in larger healthcare systems I ultimately went with SimplePractice as it seemed well equipped to handle a multi-disciplinary team The process has been manageable and streamlined There have certainly been some bumps but I have always been able to find the answer to my questions pretty quickly I did enjoy the checklist when we first started to help us prioritize functions within the system We were able to on-board our clientele We haven t gotten any negative feedback about the program from clientele so I assume it is as user friendly for them as it is for us We have already made some structural changes to our organization and the program was able to quickly and efficiently grow with us

Simple Practice has made the transition to having a private practice much smoother than it would have been otherwise I appreciate the ease of invoicing and filing insurance claims The automated reminders and ability for clients to reschedule through the system has saved me time There are endless video tutorials and forums online and any request to customer service has been met with a thorough clearly understood response with videos pictures and or links I feel the price is very reasonable for all of the features and I love that it is web based so I can access wherever I need

Simple Practice has made managing my private practice easy Clients also appreciate the clinical portal access and how easy it is to fill out intake paperwork Great templates that you can edit to make starting with a new client seamless Built in billing and an easy to manage calendar amongst other helpful features This platform is aesthetically pleasing for both myself as well as my clients I highly recommend using this EHR system for your business if you re in the mental health care field

I decided to use Simple Practice when I started my private practice because it includes all the tools I need to manage my business I use the SP telehealth platform along with their EHR billing and scheduling that are included I have had no problems with their telehealth and am impressed with the overall navigation of their platform

Great EHR System for Small Practices

This system is incredibly easy to use is affordable and genuinely helps to make running a small solo practice so much easier than I ever thought it would be This is by far the most user-friendly EHR system that I have every used both from the patient and clinician ends of things Highly recommended for anyone toying with the idea of going it on your own
