Very fast delivery of my new simplicity shampoo machine and very good value for 85 the water pressure spray isn t that powerful but it still does the job well with good suction also i would recommend putting hot water into the machine as you are probably aware it cuts through dirt and grease easily once you have pre sprayed and scrubbed first kind regards to you and everyone out there

Awful Customer Service
I was initially please with the purchase of the spot-washer but it broke broke very quickly While I can t complain about the motor the parts are flimsy and the water button broke after only a few uses I ve contacted Simplicity several times and they never come back to me Awful customer service Very disappointed Really wish I d spent the extra and bought a better known brand You live and learn
