As a first time SB customer I was very impressed by the service that I received from Olivia Orwa who works for the second line support team I had placed my initial order and it kept on rejecting my 30 discount code I tried to resolve it via the web chat which was unsuccessful So I just went ahead placed my order without using the discount code I was quite surprised a couple of days later to get an email from Olivia apologising for not being able to use my discount code at the time I had placed my order She stated that she had applied the 30 that I would receive the discount amount back in my account three days after my order had been dispatched To say that I wasn t expecting this was an understatement Not only did I receive my order but the 30 discount was back in my bank account So a big thank you to Olvia Orwa who kept me updated via email the whole time

I have never had any issues with this company Orders are easy and quick Returns policy is simple I had the wrong garment sent to me this week but they have credited back the money already and asked me to return I am re-ordering the correct item and they are paying for the delivery Can t fault their service and products are good
