Buying a new house

Michael and Senita at Simply along with the wider team have been brilliant in helping us secure a mortgage for our new home We had been let down by another broker after we believed we had a mortgage in principle set up it being pulled on a Friday It was a last ditch attempt when Michael responded but he was open and honest with the situation which helped greatly as I wasn t in a good place that evening Michael managed to arrange an alternative mortgage in principle and even emailed late on Friday evening to keep us up to date with what was going on massively helping our anxiety in the situation Senita picked up from here and was brilliant at keeping us updated and chasing to finalise the mortgage offer remaining professional despite our nervousness after previous mortgage experience Thanks to the whole team we are now well on a way for a move in date come March would highly recommend
