Absolutely excellent method

Absolutely excellent method can t recommend enough - have gone from alcohol ruling my life to feeling totally in control in 5 months Joanna has been a wonderful support all the way through just keep following the simple rules Although the cost seems high initially it s nothing compared to the cost of alcohol I would have consumed and the cost to my health Huge Thank You to TSM UK you have changed my life

The answer to my problem

After years spent battling with abstinence-based programmes I came to a simple conclusion prohibition breeds desire The longer I denied myself any alcohol at all the greater the explosion when I did succumb Which is precisely why The Sinclair Method has been so revolutionary for me - after three months I have found myself drinking moderately as and when I wish No more bingeing no more horror afterwards TSM works and I can t recommend it highly enough

Life changing

I have struggled with alcohol for more 20 years mainly as a binge drinker multiple times passing out and having black outs Many times I have tried to quit but it was never practical or effective and I kept falling again on the same negative vicious circle I have been following the Sinclair Method for the last 10 months now and have successfully prevented me from getting drunk and got me away from any binge drinking I still enjoy the occasional drink but with Naltrexone is a game changer no urge for the extra drink no binge drinking Adrian has been a fantastic support very helpful and informative If you struggle with alcohol do yourself and your loved ones a favor and give a try to the Sinclair Method For me it has been life changing

I truly count myself one of the lucky ones to have discovered The Sinclair Method I have been struggling with Alcohol addiction for over 10 years and I had lost all hope of ever being able to get my drinking to a level where I am in control instead of it controlling my whole life Joanna has been such a genuinely caring supportive and reliable guide from the start of my journey and has helped me get through the ups and downs when I ve really needed it It is amazing how it works on the addiction part of the brain which is one of the hardest things to fight and conventional approaches to getting control over drinking can often fail It is a magic pill in many ways but you still have to be mindful through the process and make the right decisions but boy is it a damn site easier when you haven t got a constant craving banging away in your every waking minute It almost seems impossible that this can work that s what I thought anyway but I m so so glad I tried and Im getting my life and health back more and more every day Thank you so much Joanna and Sinclair x

Sinclair Method UK - I have research this for over a year

I have research this for over a year now on social media platforms Fo an adult who was really concerned about my alcohol intake up to a bottle of wine a night more at weekends I was at my wits end mentally Then I spoke with Joanna and signed up for SMUK What a transformation it has made to my life I am slowly taking my time but it worked the first time I took the tablet and has fastley reduced my intake to a glass or 2 and I actually enjoy it and take my time I can take it or leave it Honestly if you have any issues please reach out to the team This has been truly life changing for me
