Awful quality Chinese manufactured rags This brand is only popular because influencers are paid to promote it The clothes are mainly cheap satin material Seems to be made up of satin skirts satin camis and voile wrap overs No innovation or design knowledge behind this brand just somewhat clued-in marketing

The Aisling shirt

I recently purchased the Aisling shirt and was so disappointed when it arrived Apart from the horrible scratchy fabric it had a large stitching flaw to the front So disappointing as it is supposed to be a high quality brand I returned the shirt which they received on the 30th of January and did not receive my refund until today 15th February I was not refunded my original delivery charge despite having to pay another 13 to return Awful product Terrible experience

Poor customer service

Ordered two cardigans they were expensive but the quality didn t feel great and the shape was terrible so I returned them It took over a month to receive my refund and I had to email multiple times to get a response I would not order from this company again

I ordered a sweater from this company I received the next day which was excellent but I ordered a L which would be the 14 It arrived in a bag marked L on the bag tried it on found it much bigger only to discover xl was on the tag of the garment There was no contact number only email so I emailed and didn t even receive a response Called their outlet shop and there was a very pleasant lady who offered to pass on the message Very poor customer service Still haven t received a response Most disappointing

Really bad customer service in relation

Really bad customer service in relation to returns and exchange and refunds of money owed Prompt delivery of goods But very difficult to process exchange still waiting for my refund Numerous emails back and forth and dragging it out Obviously doesn t like to refund what s rightly owed to customers that bought in good faith Her blazers arrived lovely colours but way over sized bad fitting and a lot of creases even a steamer wouldn t remove

Would Avoid At All Costs

Would not recommend ordering from Sinead Keary Items are sent out promptly but poor quality overall not worth the price tag Returned items using tracked delivery which confirmed was delivered 11th July Still waiting on a refund as of 1st August Contacted customer service who initially told me they didn t actually have my return I told them that the tracking plus delivery image clearly contradicted that Was then told they actually did have my return and it was in the system ready to be processed This was 3 days ago I emailed again today to chase up told that they had a large amount of returns to deal with so were back logged I would avoid ordering if like me getting your money back in a reasonable time frame is something you expect from a retailer Reading other reviews I see lots have had a similar experience Don t see this company lasting long to be honest

I love to support Irish designers - I bought a blouse for this label it was poor quality - I returned it the next day - I was waiting for my refund when I contacted them they told me it would take 14 working days to process a refund - it is now 20 days since i sent this item of clothing back I got an email this morning to say it was being refunded to but could take up to 10 days to appear in my account How in the name of God can it take 30 days to refund from an Irish account to another Irish account I wish I had read their trust pilot reviews before buying I do not recommend this company I definitely won t buy from them again

14 working days for refund is just too long and then a further 10 to process to card not acceptable in this day and age

Poor quality for the price tag

I ordered the pistachio skirt and two tops that were in a sale but was very disappointed at how poor the quality was The tops were oversized and so made me look a lot bigger than I actually am and the satin skirt arrived very creased - I cannot get the creases out at all It doesn t look anything like it did in the photos Very disappointed as I was eager to support an Irish business but surprised at how poor the quality of the garments are considering how hefty the price tags are I asked if I could return them but I was told they only do exchanges After reading the reviews here it sounds like trying to exchange or refund is a nightmare It s a lesson learned and I won t be buying from a new or unknown company again without checking reviews -I never expected this from an Irish store though especially one that promotes itself as a luxury brand
