Very Poor Customer Service
I purchased a beatbuddy directly from Singular Sound I live in Mexico but had it shipped to a friends house in Oregon Because I had ordered a lot of other products at the same time from Amazon many different boxes were shipped to my buddy s place Unfortunately the Beatbuddy never arrived but my cc was charged anyway When I returned to the states 2 months later I discovered this was the one item I was missing I was in a panic did my friend misplace it Did someone steal the package off the front step I thought I was out nearly 300 I was aghast to find out after contacting Singular Sound that the package had been returned to them No one from the company bothered to contact me not by phone text or email By the time I put all the missing pieces together I was catching my flight back to Mexico I asked them to ship it to me in Mexico The only response I received was from my cc company that the 299 had been refunded and the funds returned back to my card No apology no offer to send the item to me in Mexico even though they had my money for OVER 2 months Now that s SERVICE with a capital S

Disappointing Customer Service
Unfortunately this is my second negative experience with this company First of all you can t get anyone on the phone so everything has to be done by email I had an issue with the footswitch I purchased from them which failed to work properly After a month or so going back and forth with these guys they offered to let me purchase another footswitch from them Absolutely no love in trying to please the customer The price they wanted to charge was higher than using Amazon In the end I decided NOT to buy it There are better more reliable footswitches out there that take up less room on the pedal board so I opted to buy the Boss FS 7
