Brilliant company
I have bought several pieces of equipment from Sinotel to date On two occasions I made illogical option choices for items I wanted to purchase because I did not read the item descriptions properly In both cases they caught the issue and let me know almost immediately They also dispatch very quickly in all cases I only had to wait a day or two It is clear that Sinotel is in the Amateur Radio business because of a love for it as one of their primary drivers because they are a pleasure to deal with Highly recommended

During a trip to Sweden and searching for a good price I found Sinotel From the start I experienced very good service Unfortunately my equipment a Xiegu X5105 had a problem and had to go back for repairs Once again I was surprised by the great service simple and uncomplicated I sent back the radio Brazil to UK and it has been fixed as expected from a good company
