Poor service

Poor service Reported same faults many many times and they are still outstanding They can t even get the correct caller name to appear on the desk phone screen for incoming calls Other ongoing issue Can not announce caller details when transferring calls from one extension to another As for the sales rep he just lied or misled at best on many points including call recording cancelling of previous contract and associated previous lease agreement with Sirus Still trying to sort out the items he was supposed to take care of

Liars frauds avoid at all costs

Frauds and thieves Well mannered thugs Prime example of rogue traders and should be on BBC Watchdog Do not just walk away from them RUN AWAY from these crooks Will be reporting them to OFCOM They need to be named and shamed Their expertise are False contracts shabby services and web of lies

Sirus Ltd Sirus Telecom are definitely the BLACK SHEEP They need to be punished for their false contracts and extremely rude customer services Very bad experience with these greedy people Will be reporting them to Ofcom Do not trust this company there are plenty of honest companies out there Zero star
