We begun working with the Team at Site App Pro as we needed to transition away from H S processes that were all paper based The process to change was not without challenge but the support and guidance from Ryan Co was great As Ryan passed the transition over to Sophie we found out what true partnership was about nothing was a problem

A really bad app that is not compliant with any NZ health safety laws that I would not recommend anyone buy Basically a glorified online spreadsheet not an occupational health and safety management system Use at your risk

NO NO NO very bad experience

I signed up for 12 month business plan Novemeber 2024 and build 3 homepages with them one of them is simple online shop yesterday I noticed that the online shop is not working and in the index first page the visitors will see message that my plan is expired and I have to renew and even there is link to Site pro to show the renewal plan since I signed up on November its not one year yet so was surprised but the situation was so bad that customers can see the renew plan message and was our out of work time so immediately had to renew for one year if the page was offline or unavailable message showing ofcourse will think about contacting support first but the customer see message that my plan expired and they can even see how much Im paying and who is the provider that was so ashaming and have to renew immediately cant even think about customer trusting my business to see that Im not paying for my homepage as ofcourse my customers will not understand that its not my fault and that my plan still 6 month to expire ofcourse the onlineshop worked and I contacted the support explaining and I requested refund the reply came today saying your homepages is working BUT NO MENTION ABOUT REFUND I think its a scam they give you so cheap price plan and they force you to renew suddenly before the plan is expired and they will ignore your refund request BE CAREFUL is better to have reliable service without such issue everyone visited our page lately before we noticed the message in our homepage they know who is our service provider and how much we pay for our service its so bad I opened another ticket for refund and till now no refund and no reply Think and rethink again if this will happen to you its really OMG a very huge RED FLAG service provider
