They suck My waders had a hole in the not even a year and they re trying to make me pay 150 for the repair Wt heck is this I paid 1500 for waders and they want me to PAY for the repair do better Sitka I will NEVER wear or buy another product AGAIN EVER

Sitka Shipping experience

I placed an order on Oct 26th this is a Saturday It s now a week later November 2nd and my order HASN T SHIPPED YET I called 3 different times and the last guy I talked to told me if I would have made my order on Monday not on Saturday it would ve been shipped by October 31st I don t recommend buy from this company direct I asked to speak to a supervisor on November 1st still no phone call

Sitka non-existent service

I ve purchased a fair amount of Sitka products It all has been decent quality but not awesome I d say especially for the price I have a second home mortgage now that has financed my purchases lol But their customer service is absolutely non-f ing-existent They do not answer the phone and they do not answer any email other than with a standard bot reply saying they strive to give great service They processed my credit card on the spot for my order yet it has been over a week now and they have only printed a label so maybe they pulled my order Sitka is lousy and needs to do better

Sitka has the absolute worst Customer Support BEWARE once you click to buy it you are stuck with the consequence whether you receive the product or not It is impossible to reach a real live person and if you do they read from a script I will NEVER buy from this company again Reade the reviews for yourself and believe them

No customer service and they take your money 1068

So I placed an order for waders on sale and paid 1068 They report they were delivered on December 19th What was delivered was a 30 xl sweatshirt Now I am unable to reach anyone at Sitka No way to call anyone I ve ordered here EVERY YEAR BUT THAT IS NO LONGER GOING TO HAPPEN I WILL NOT EVER ORDER HERE AGAIN I AM OUT 1068 and I need a resolution I have pics of what was delivered as well as profit of purchase SITKA ITS CHRISTMAS PLEASE MAKE THIS RIGHT

Worst ever

Worst ever They advertise they have items available Process your payment right away Then turn around after a week and say the size isn t available anymore Still waiting for my money to be refunded I placed another order once size became available again on their website And within 3 days I m getting another email stating the size isn t available anymore They fraudulently advertise things that they don t have nor do they reserve what they have on hand for the orders placed I immediately went and checked website after I received the email and what do you know the exact product and size I just was told isn t available anymore is showing available to order Needless to say I did not place another but took a screenshot for proof of the fraud I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing all transactions from this company along with reporting them to the better business bureau Customer service waste of time and they don t do anything to help nor follow through on the emails they say you should receive Also was told by customer service that they don t know it s not available until they go to pick order So your telling me your website along with the idiots working there no one knows how to count and hold items that are purchased And just checked again on website bibs I ordered are showing available again exact ones I was told last night aren t available Don t order from here unless you have money to throw away Horrible

Waders are junk

Bought a pair of waders They startedLeaking where the boot meets the wader on the seam Sent them in to be repaired under their warranty providing service for the practical life of the product Apparently two seasons is the practical life span of waders They sent me a bill of 115 29 to repair the leaking seam that was creased wrong on the boot to begin with I should not be paying 115 29 to repair a manufacturer defect on these waders They should last longer than a season or two for 1000

Sitka Gear is next level

Sitka Gear is next level Yes it is expensive but it is the best cold weather hunting gear I have ever used They tailor their clothing to the type hunting the Fanatic jacket is so specialized to bowhunting it comes in a right or left hand I currently have a pair of pants at sitka for a warranty repair and so far nothing but helpful people I own some top end gear from several different manufacturers but Sitka is at the top of the list This review is base on several years of use in the field and is an honest opinion based on my individual results
