Update May 7 2024 the Company saw my review on this site and has asked me numerous time to delete my comment and if i didnt delete they will not give me a refund I told them i will update this review if they follow their written statement on their website that says they will refund for items that dont fit and they have not done that They have sent me emails saying they will refund my paypal account when i did not pay via paypal i pad using my credit on their website They sent a fake paypal email receipt When i spoke to someone at paypal they said there is no record of me using paypal for this charge DO NOT TRUST THIS PAGE I received the jordan shoe i ordered It arrived out of the box smelling like a really strong plastic chemical The show also does not fit and I asked for a refund They are telling me i cannot receive a refund when thier website clearly states they offer refunds The company is also not in the US the shoe shipped from hongkong The only reason why i decided to order from this company was because their website policy states they offer refunds if they dont fit I am being denied a refund now

I purchased a pair of soccer cleats for my 12 year old daughter When they came after two weeks she tried them on and they were too small I emailed Sizzen com to start the return process This was the most miserable experience as they kept demanding that I send them pictures of every order form and packaging as well as pictures of the cleats next to cleats of the same size so they could compare them Finally after telling them I was going to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and get my bank involved to help get the credit they emailed me and said a refund would be issued 20 business days later and I still have not received a credit This company is one of the absolute worst online retailers I ve ever dealt with
