Spontaneous cancelling nightmare

Spontaneous cancelling nightmare I tried to travel a few times by this train company and the journey was cancelled four times The night before the train should leave at 5am at 9pm There were other people who missed their flights because of that If you really have to get somewhere maybe better choose another option

Every journey is upgrading my challenge-level of SJ This time the SJ Copenhagen-Stockholm was first cancelled the rebooked train was short-stuffed and cut off to Malm Finally to Lund At S dert lje we all had time to look out of the window fpr 30 minutes There is always an excuse Signal-Failure this time

Annnnnnd again Of course 45 minutes late on a 2 hour journey What is wrong with this company

i had the worst experience

i had the worst experience i had booked a 2nd class sleeping cabin from hamburg to stockholm The staff did not respond clearly when asked any questions Question 1 when would the kiosk shop would open Ans in 10 mins Reality it never opened had to go to sleep on an empty stomach Question 2 when would bistro open Ans Not now after a while Reality it started at 4 am the train was departed at 10 pm Very nice Now comes the worst part I went to sleep and woke up after a while as i did not feel well i was already tired and felt a bit sick due to a long train journey to reach hamburg and take the night train to stockholm I was feeling very nauseous and dizzy and started to throw up uncontrollably It lasted for around 1 5 hours with some time in between of course The first 45 mins i was trying so hard to find a staff member for assistance i could barely walk barely focus but could not find anyone Finally i found a staff member and told him the situation he was a bit kind but not helpful only offered water I asked him if any other sort of help can provided as i have never experienced this bad with throwing up Then he said i can ask his colleague for some further assistance She was the worst I was really in a bad shape that can be seen on my face as i was sweating constantly Her response was cold give me 10 mins cause i have to depart the train from copenhagen Okay agreed it s her job but after departing from copenhagen she had nothing to offer I asked if any sort of relieving med is available No I asked if i can get buy soft drink with sugar in it or any sugary drink No What s the F ing point of the kiosk shop There was a halt in malm for 20 mins the station was closed i asked if there is any medical assistance that can be provided from malmo station Also no Finally after 90 long minutes of throwing up it stopped and then went to sleep at 5 am Next morning i went to bistro at around 9 45 am to get some breakfast was feeling super dehydrated and hungry But guess what the bistro was closed 15 mins early the staff member had said it would be open from 4am to 10 am So to conclude just don t travel with them Only do if you re 100 sure that nothing would happen to you on the journey Also be 100 sure that uncertain scenarios wouldn t come up I hate SJ at this point due to the worst train experience of my life I am from india and i have also travelled with indian railway s local trains with not that many good facilities SJ euronight train is worse than india s worst train But trust me the SJ euronight train sucks big time

Without seat and net in Sj train

Actually we did not have internet during the trip while one of the advantages was that there is internet on the train The seats and floor of the train in the dog section were awful and dirty There were two other dogs in the cabin where I had a ticket and the staff moved us around and a few stations later a new passenger came for the seat that the staff asked me to sit in and the staff kept me standing for twenty minutes without a seat To find a seat for me While my seat was specified in my ticket You sold a ticket in the dog cabin to a family with two small children who were constantly screaming and crying and did not have a pet Just as I am not allowed to sit in different cabins with a dog someone who does not have a pet should not sit in a special cabin for animals with two small children who are constantly screaming and crying traveling with you is my worst memory Uppsala G teborg and return

This is one of the worst and most poorly managed organisations in Sweden Literally every train I have taken this year has been late I am currently on a stopped train near rebro and will miss my connection to Karlstad after a half hour delay in the boondocks Please fire your management and put in place something that delivers service on time

It has never happened to me before when travelling on SJ trains in Sweden and I don t take them that often However today I got attacked by an angry elderly woman who seemed to be experiencing a mental health episode I needed to make a quick phone call to let my family know when I was arriving and she lunged towards me grabbing me and angrily continued to shush me and shame me for talking on the phone I told her to calm down and not touch me and she continued to hiss and stare me and tell me to stop talking on the phone I told her calmly that she had no right to try to control me or others if they were speaking with a low voice And she continued to stare me and tell me to get off the phone This lady was a shining example of the discrimination and racial problem in Sweden Only Swedes are allowed to talk on the phone or with each other and anyone else will be attacked It was horrible and I should be given a refund for this trauma
