Fast and efficient service Well executed survey that revealed many defects that we did not see ourselves on two visits to the property Thorough work that was supported by quality photographic evidence Provided us with reliable and valuable advice that saved us a lot of money on what would have been an ill-advised house purchase without it We would highly recommend Sarah and would definitely use her services again

Fantastic personal service
Sarah was absolutely fantastic I searched lots of surveyors and got quotes and Sarah s was competitive She is also very open and honest- being trustworthy with this kind of thing is really important She s very quick to respond and communicate Once completed she sent me the survey the next day and discussed it extensively over the phone Her advice was really helpful for us to give us the reassurance we needed I couldn t recommend her enough
