I was interested in a lamp but was not sure how the colour would work in my space I saw that Skandium was London based and had a good return policy which made them a perfect place to buy from The only issue was that they were not the cheapest seller but this was quickly resolved when they price matched the other store I duly purchased the lamp only to find that it was as I feared not quite the right colour This is where Skandium proved their worth as they not only accepted the return without question but even sent a courier to pick it up saving me lugging the lamp across town to their showroom This level of customer service is fantastic and exactly what is needed when trying to carefully curate a space without wasting money on upfront prices return shipping or any arguing over restocking fees Thank you especially to Luke who was particularly helpful with both the price matching and the return I ll be back
