Great company quick delivery Unfortunately I ordered the wrong skates for my grandson and had to return one pair I had difficulty sending my parcel back through DHL I contacted the company and I received fast replies from Meg who was brilliant she sorted my issue straight away I would definitely use this company again Thank you

Fabulous experience from Meg in customer services I had purchased some skates online and the order disappeared after payment went through I contacted them via Zendesk and Meg was really helpful and managed to find my order and confirm its delivery super quick

This review should have been written a while ago but I never got round to it so massive apologies to the amazing Meg Through my own fault I entered the wrong confirmation email address so when I could not track my order I naturally panicked From my initial email to the Skate Hut Meg had helped me sort out a simple error but caused me stress Great asset to the team

Excellent customer service from Daz We ordered a BMX which was lost by the courier and he arranged a replacement for us in plenty of time for Christmas Thank you so much Daz
