Lost money Awful service They ignore it was their mistakeI purchased a pair of Womens gloves and used the size guide provided on the site very carefully The gloves arrived a few days later but they were Men s gloves and very large and unuseable I reached out to customer service and I was told that the correct gloves had been sent and they are unisex The label on the gloves clearly showed they were Men s gloves and it was so much larger I emailed again and again with photos showing the Mens label and explaining that the mistake was theirs but just received a generic returns label which they charged me for Consequently I am 10 out of pocket due to their mistake and no one responds to acknowledge this Avoid
