It used to be a good site

I have ordered a some packages from them before everything was great like it should When they updated their site I kept having a problem with my order I couldn t finish my order it said no shipping type avaliable I contacted their customer service about it they ve told me they ll try to fix my issue after 3 months no answer tried to contact them again my e-mail adress was banned from their system Contacted my friend to ask around what the problem could be he got answer that they ll look into the problem and after a few days he got an answer that they don t ship to my country anymore because of Customs problems which is a complete lie because my country isn t that far from The Netherlands and it is in the EU No package from Europe had a Customs problem and got a ton of packages from The Netherlands I don t know why they just can t admit that it is some kind of an IT problem they can t fix I really liked the site but novadays it is a bad experience
