Stay away

Ordered x country skiis Jan 6th Now it is February 2nd and I have not received anything Only the invoice which I myself had to call Qliro to delay as it was due about a week ago Very hard to get a hold of and the very few times I have heard back it has not been helpful at all Most times however they have not responded to my queries and every time I have called customer support they are unfortunately closed today due to illness Very glad I did not pay Have now canceled the order and will never consider again

Never order something at Skistart com

Never never order any skies from them On their webshop they have many different ski s when you buy one it seems that they have it on stock They will first sent you the shoes and the ski s will take much longer time and suddenly you get a mail telling you that the ski s are not on stock anylonger but they were when I ordered them as compensation you can buy a newer version for the normal price so you have to pay a lot extra That is attracting customers by having cheap ski s on the website and then try to sell the more expensive ones afterwards since the other ones are not on stock After all I cancelled the order but now they are sending the invoice Completely worthless and I do absolutely not recommend ordering something from them

If I could give it minus 5 stars I would What an absolute disgusting way of doing business Blaming high volumes closing down ALL communication lines for months They claim the chat is open but can you really claim that if no one is answering the chat And then keep pumping out more promotions when they have no chance of handling the current order stock Respect your customers

I ordered a package

I ordered a cross country ski package They sent the boots then the day after said they dont have the skiis i wanted Asked me to pay a lot more for another type I said no asked for a refund but they still sent the boots and now i have to deal with that They also charged me full price for the boots and not the package price because i cancelled the skiis The same boots are half price at XXL What a despicable company And the emails are in swedish I m in Norway and the service was very rude Don t trust this company for one second It s another swedish bate and switch

An overall good experience

I ordered pair of gloves and couple pairs of pole baskets from Skistart Having now received all products I can happily say they are as expected and as described in the store No complaints on price nor the products However though I give -1 star due to high delivery costs and moderate customer service Almost 10 is a lot for standard delivery at least more than I am used to Ironically enough my order delivered in 2 parts Both packages dispatched within 24 hours from order The other package delivered without issues but the other sat in Postnord s terminal for a whole week due to weighing issues They instructed me to contact Skistart which I did and eventually the situation was solved Customer service never replied to me though negatively impacting the experience

Good offers but delivery needs improvement

Somewhat mixed experience Customer service has a bit of a delay but overall does a good job Watch out for the shipping company though postnord caused me lots of frustration

Webstore worked without any problems And delivery was fast eventhough I live in finnish Lapland Good experience
