It s been over 3 weeks since my purchase and NOT even a whisper of any indication of movement on the tracking of my order And no reply to my recent inquiry NEW Finally received my DVDs Both DVDs were so dark one could hardly see what was going on Half of the DVDs were mostly grainy NOT worth buying from this company It was not enjoyable to watch at all

This is one occasion where I did not carry out my due diligence for a a website I had not visited before I had been searching for a particular dvd that would play in Region 2 for the EU and UK So when I came across this website I found the dvd I was looking for It was at a decent price point so I immediately placed my order That was my biggest mistake Had I carried out my due diligence I would have not purchased anything from SKNMART What they are selling with regards to dvds are bootlegs pirate copies or counterfeit There is an old saying if it looks to good to be true well it is not When it comes to dvds and blu rays they are encoded for a specific Region Many of the recent releases are from tv series from the USA There are many reasons why the multi nationals do this Their fundamental reason is to maximise Profits There are ways to be able to play dvds or blu rays which for example are Region A for blu ray or Region 1 for dvds By the way those two aforementioned Regions are USA and Canada To play these you will need a multi Region media player After extensive research what I have found is that many of us do not have a multi Region media player If you are like me I do not have one such media player Which now leads me to this company To say their so called customer service is non existent would be a gross understatement It has taken several emails before they afforded me with the courtesy of a response In my email to them I had not only requested a full refund but I had also requested that my personal information was deleted from their database Their reply was extremely poor plus there was no mention of having my personal information deleted I can only conclude that this company has no conception of security for personal data When it comes to our personal information online we expect our data to be protected This concept is not what concerns this company In conclusion fortunately in the EU we have robust data protection laws If I do not receive my refund and have confirmation that my personal data is deleted you can guess what will happen
