The piano lessons offered by this product are undeniably of high quality providing a valuable learning experience However my overall satisfaction has been significantly marred by the subscription process which lacks transparency in renewal notifications and employs a questionable method akin to a barter system for offers Regrettably my experience led me to cancel my subscription promptly after the automatic deduction from my bank account Despite my timely cancellation I was informed that I had missed the window for refund and the only compensation offered was a mere 50 discount Though I reluctantly accepted this offer under protest my dissatisfaction only deepened I have since requested proof of the alleged notification but as of now it remains undelivered It is disheartening to find myself in this situation as I had initially intended to share a positive review with my substantial following across various platforms Unfortunately my experience compels me to issue a cautionary note regarding subscription payments Prospective subscribers should exercise vigilance and be wary of potential issues in the subscription process While the piano lessons themselves are commendable the subscription management and customer service aspects leave much to be desired and this factor should be considered before committing to a subscription I have now had a full refund and congratulate skoove for doing so i only hope they take my points on board about being short-cited for such a good product and i may consider returning in the future subject to how they work their subscription

Skoove free trial turns into 60 non refundable debt
I signed up for a free trial when i bought my piano I did not realize that after this free trial they would auto bill me for a 3 month premium service The day this premium service was activated and billed I went to cancel it They will not give you back any of what they charged you 60 even though you cancel on the first day I will never use them again Any reputable company would give a prorated refund I understand it was partially my fault but that is no excuse for them to charge me for 3 months of a service i do not want and its not something where someone did labor for me or sent material things that cannot be refunded I see they say they send an email 7 days prior warning you I just looked for that email and they did send one But the sender does not say Skoove Its says Learnfield GmbH There other emails to me say Skoove I feel this in addition to the hard time finding where to cancel is a tactic to keep you subscribed

Awful and not useable
Awful and not useable Signed up for 3 months and was only then informed that it will only work through a computer browser not a tablet s browser They say that they will have a tablet app out later When I asked if they could pause my membership until they have an app that will work on a tablet they said that I couldn t and I would have to resubscribe and pay full price again Avoid like the plague

Opaque pricing unavailable discounts
Think twice I experienced opaque pricing and unavailable discounts both at initial joint and again at renewal time I joined Skoove last year and once I ironed out some of the settings so the app recognised my piano I enjoyed it although it s automated teaching method is a bit unfriendly when you hit a hard bit that you can t get past Anyway months down the line as often in these things life gets in the way and I had less time and less money to devote to it so now at renewal time I really needed to save some money in order to justify a continued subscription On the website there are a series of tempting discounts I clicked on them and was greeted with a message this feature is in development When I contacted customer support they repeated this mantra but added that once I cancelled my subscription and my remaining time had expired then the discounts would be available This is an old and tired technique of the organisation staring down their customers to see who breaks first Cancel let your subscription expire with all your lesson history and then maybe you get a discount but you risk having to start from scratch or cave-in and stump up at the top dollar price Nasty I don t appreciate it and it doesn t reward loyalty It upsets other people too hence the reviews I ll be looking for a real human piano teacher locally I think To be honest I am a bit upset by the whole thing

AVOID AVOID AVOID I entered into a free trial I tried to unsubscribe via my phone and would not allow me to on a mobile phone no laptop access It continually took me to a page asking me which type of subscription I would like I emailed the email address well in advance to explain that I wanted to unsubscribe No reply Skoove continued to bill me for a year Couldn t cancel it at my bank end Couldn t call skoove because there is no number that works Email trail shows constant ignored emails Until I got access to a PC Unsubscribed Got an email response right away asking me to stay Explained the situation to the skoove representative via email Explained I had never used skoove once and have a paper trail of unanswered emails Skoove s response was sorry they didn t reply to a year worth of emails but they cannot reimburse me And offered me a free year of skoove A subscription I don t need or use Never ever use this Awful customer service

Skoove has been charging my account illegally I cancelled subscription 2 years ago but they still have been charging my account every 3 months or so and even tried today to do the same

I purchased Skoove on 26th November for my 10 year old son He can play the piano but he didn t enjoy this app and there was not enough choice of music I cancelled using their online form on 6th December within 14 days so entitled to a refund and answered their questions on this form to say I was not happy with the service I checked this week to see if I had now received a refund but instead they took 2 payments on 26th November from my credit card and still no refund 23rd December Fabian at Skoove is disputing that I let them know that I wanted a refund within 14 days because he is saying I needed to email post or complete the contact form My completing their cancellation form is a contact form Still waiting to get both the payment I made and their error taking the 2nd payment refunded I will take up with the credit card company if not confirmed I will receive this by the end of today

BECAREFULL WITH SKOVE APP Its been 6 onth ago I just curiosity about this app then try free and finely I cancel and delete this app on that time on Januari 2022 And Suddenly this June without my knoledged the charhed my CC for about 45 Australia I ve been check many times that I didnt uplod this app at all even no click subcribtion at all I reported as a bank fraud then now in a dispute bank However during dipute for a week I got a message saying that I have a parcel from Australian post when I opened they pretended as original Australian post courier that barely I know Australian post is closed on Saturday then the linkd direct me to fill my address and bank account I didnt realized first this is fake Australian post then I fill my address then stop fill my CC due this week my dispute with bank still pn going relate with SKOOVE charges that I never ever to subcribe at all even install this app be aware of SKOOVE Im sure behind this app there are alots scammer
