UPDATE IF YOU ARE USING OR are THINKING ABOUT SKUpreme READ THIS Started out promising ended as a disaster I was one of the early adopters of SKUpreme when the software became publicly available I was initially impressed with its direction and approach especially how it managed inventory and purchase orders and its integration with various marketplaces Everything seemed very promising I was onboarded by the owner and we maintained close contact as we integrated the system We uncovered numerous bugs which was expected since they were a new company We were happy to work with them because they were flexible and responsive to our needs but the software remained very buggy When things started to change The owner began to expand beyond their specialty and started partnering with 3PL services pushing this new service aggressively He offered me a pilot which I considered but ultimately decided against He continued to pursue this with even more phone calls I entertained these calls but did not move forward Last December they brought in a new VP of Business Development who wanted to connect declaring himself as my new point of contact This was strange since I had been with them for nearly a year and had direct contact with both the owner and the support team on my Slack I felt ambushed during a call when he told me the plan had changed and I had to decide my level of commitment before he would determine my new pricing I was shocked He refused several times to provide the new pricing details insisting he needed to know my commitment level and whether I was willing to sign a long-term contract which I was not Ely the owner was on the call but deferred to the new VP stating he was now in charge which really caught me by surprise The call did not end well After a few emails Chris the new VP presented two plans and my price which had already doubled the previous month because my MDS discount supposedly expired was going to more than double again This was right before Christmas I sat on the email and went on vacation with my family To my surprise on January 3 or 4 my purchasing manager called saying she couldn t log in to SKUpreme THEY TURNED OFF MY ACCOUNT which was linked to all other marketplaces and handling my Amazon MCF orders causing all my orders on other channels not to be shipped I lost my top seller badge on eBay which I have not been able to recover I emailed them about the issue and the VP said they canceled my account because I refused to answer the email I explained that it was the holidays and I was on vacation with my family I asked why they didn t just charge my card on file with the new high month-to-month price They turned my account back on and we limped along for a while and now two and a half months later I finally have been able to transition to a legitimate ERP and a new Channel Management system In short I want to apologize to anyone I recommended SKUpreme to they turned out not to be a reliable company Their customer service doesn t even reply anymore since December Final Note after I transitioned to a new Channel Management SaaS I discovered they had categorized my entire catalog under Vinyl Records on eBay because that s what Ely sold and they had hardcoded the software to that category Just one more mess I had to clean up This was a painful lesson and I hope others don t fall into the same trap When you re entrenched with a company and dependent on it it s hard to move due to the many moving pieces especially with an extensive catalog On a positive note I have some excellent recommendations for ERP and Multichannel Catalog SaaS that are truly effective and affordable I spent ample time researching and the ones I chose are very powerful and reasonably priced with a flat fee which I love

SKUPREME has transformed my experience
SKUPREME has transformed my experience as an online seller by streamlining the management of multiple marketplaces The feature I find most powerful is the complete automation of the order process SKUPREME receives and processes orders from integrated marketplaces manages fulfillment using registered storage providers updates inventory and provides tracking information to the corresponding marketplace This automated approach saves a significant amount of time eliminating the need to manually create each order and wait for shipping information Now I only need to monitor the system to ensure everything is being executed correctly Goodbye to hours spent on manual tasks

I ve been using Skupreme since the beta It has helped me organize my inventory shipping and receiving across my own warehouse as well as my products at Amazon The software has a ton of vertically integrated features that have really streamlined our processes Customer support has also been top notch

2 words Customer Service From day one Belen Valentina have been some of the absolute best most attentive genuine and actually helpful customer service guides I could possibly have asked for from any company This may sound like a bit of embellishment but let me assure you I deal with a LOT of companies in a variety of industries and the level of knowledge followthrough and legitimate concern for the needs of the customer is extremely rare in today s world
