A had a very positive experience with a lovely gentleman called Lee I think from north of ireland Solved my issue - the sound on my TV with in half a hour Lee should be in charge of training other staff on how to deal with Customer s He was cheerful patient helpful very efficient Anne

I ve just moved to sky broadband and couldn t have dealt with a brilliant customer service team Daniel and Paul in Dublin couldn t have been more helpful I had issues with the line and Paul followed through with follow up calls and helpful information I couldn t believe I was treated with so much respect I hope the service connection is as good as the customer service team Well done team Ireland you have restored my fate in service providers

Rang Sky Monday at 6 30 for broadband as Vodafone had messed me about for 2 weeks And told me straight away they can install Friday I got the modem Wednesday morning In the post and it was installed Friday as promised I get speeds of almost 300mbps and 50 upload in a rural area Very happy

Sky Customer Service - Top Class As you know TV and internet at this time is so important I had an issue late last night and within minutes this morning I had the Sky team on board sorting it out Extremely nice to deal with very knowledgable and most importantly they resolved the problem Thank you Ashling and Jenny from Customer Support I really am grateful Super to see fantastic 5 star service even during this Covid 19 time period

Too expensive but Great broadband and
Too expensive but Great broadband and TV service - been with them for the past few years and never had a seconds problem - living in rural Ireland so I know a lot of people with broadband issues I am cancelling with them today however as they are too expensive Customer service for cancelling was good so far lets see how the next few weeks go during the changeover

Sky mobile Avoid Time wasters and totally unprofessional I spent 20 minutes trying to cancel my SIM only contract and spoke to 3 different people in a call centre far far away They were all utterly clueless Eventually I got cut off and had to call back for another 15 minute call I promise you ll regret going with this crowd

Been a sky customer for over 30 years and always had a good relationship with the company always were able to come an arrangement Until 2 days ago I spoke to the most unhelpful person I ve ever encountered in dealing with sky in 30 years And as a consequence I m going to cancel my whole sky subscription and ha e already priced virgin media for a better deal with a TV I would never ever looked in to his if your operator had been any way helpful but she was so unhelpful it was extremely poor I also have to add this I asked to speak to a manager which I was 3 times told not available until I said this call was being recorded and I would take it further legally She then said her manager would call me within 24 hours I said do you garrantee this she said yes Guess what still waiting Complete farse
