Do not trust the price these people quote you for airport transfers For the second time now they quote and charge a price online and then call you to tell you that the airport drop-off fee of GBP 5 00 is not included and needs to be paid in cash to the driver Back in August they told me it was down to a problem with their App and they were going to fix this now in October it is till the same

WARNING Do not use this company
This must be the worst taxi company I have ever dealt with in my life I pre booked and prepaid for an airport collection Called to inform them that I had collected my bags and was ready Kept calling them every 15 minutes for an update and kept getting told that it would be another 15 to 20mins I had to call them 7 times and they never call me back with an update and I ended up waiting nearly 90mims at T5 for the taxi to arrive They told me that they use freelance drivers who kept cancelling What an absolutely diabolical service the worst customer service I have experienced in years

We were due to be picked to go to Heathrow for a holiday on the 27th of April at 0615 At 0600 I get a phone call from them saying they can t cover the journey which was booked the previous evening No apology or anything the guy could not even speak English properly so did not understand what I was saying to him I prefer to use a local service but never again Thank god Uber came to the rescue

Wouldn t even give 1 star Very unprofessional and rude Always cancelling my cabs Refusing to put me through to a supervisor or manager Telling me I m not their best customer ect and I spend 800 a Month Absolute joke of a company Steer clear at all costs

I had pre-booked the night before for the morning after due to the strikes I got a missed call no voicemail left and an notification on the app sorry your cab has been cancelled due to high demand Awful customer service the receptionist was adament the manager had left a voicemail Also been charged 1 01 to register my card I wish I had checked the reviews on this before booking DO NOT USE

Appalling
Stopped using them years ago due to appalling service previously They re very competitive on price for airports so started using them again for these but not for local journeys The previous 2 airport journeys were great but then the most recent one they dispatched the driver only 20 minutes beforehand which would in no way be enough time to get to the airport for the booking I ve been waiting one hour at the airport now for the taxi Outrageous If you complain you barely get an apology and never any compensation but moreover they re just so flippant about it They don t seem to care about customer satisfaction loyalty nor losing customers I d rather pay 5 10 more next time and use another company

Made a booking and received text confirmation all great with taking your booking - top marks However the cab didn t show up - I telephoned to check they on their way only to be notified oh we have no cabs available - No call or text to advise me Very unreliable not good customer service They would retain loyalty by managing their customers expectations - calling in a reasonable time frame if no cabs are available

Very unhelpful controller on shift - 4th Jan tried to explain why charges being quoted were different to when we arrived Completely unhelpful no customer services and just hung up the phone while I was talking Not the way you want your city to be known henceforth never recommending you guys to anyone
