I have never in my life come across a company as bad as this They are rude unhelpful and don t answer when you call them They have not returned my money for a flight I can t go on because of my mental health I told them that they have caused me stress and panic attacks but they dismissed everything I told them I have travelled the world and never have I experienced such inadequacy like this I would not advice anyone to travel with this company

I liked the honesty and good communication skills of the staff Very supportive especially when you are not sure if you making the right or wrong decision They supported my mum who has never travelled long distance to fly from Kenya to Edinburgh I was worried but Joy kept me updated upto the last minutes and sourced for a good cheaper ticket Highly recommend
