You might be surprised to see 5 stars for a company that seems to have a lot of 1 star ratings I had gone onto Sky Plastics website as they came up as the advertised option on a google search I have done a lot of drain work but have recently moved from the south coast to North Wales so looking for a new supplier I was seriously shocked at how cheap they were and thought there must be a catch After reading the reviews I was pretty deflated because it looked like they were some kind of scam operation Instead of just buying elsewhere I phoned them up and asked why they had such poor reviews and the lovely Victoria explained that they had some supply problems when the company moved location I asked if they still had supply problems and there are some lines that are either difficult to get hold of or out of stock temporarily As I had already started digging out my drains I needed to know my pipes and fittings would arrive without any sort of nightmares so I went through my list to Victoria and she was able to confirm what they had in and what wasn t available I would caution anyone that the Sky Plastics website does not update items quickly as they go out of stock if at all This means if you don t phone and check you might find you get a delay or a part order or looking at the reviews maybe worse I would advise calling first and if Sky Plastics finds this inefficient the solution must surely be to update their website to show items that are out of stock in real time like other suppliers In my case they were out of gullies and inspection chamber parts but the savings on pipes and fittings which were in stock amounted to about 3000 in comparison to Toolstation and Screwfix I should add building a 450mm inspection chamber is about 1 3 of the cost of high street retailers and gullies are about half price I got free next day delivery I am a real customer not a shill check my other reviews I got all the items the day after my order was processed The quality looks the same as I ve used before I saved a fortune I couldn t be happier Thank you Victoria you are a star

Best company I have dealt with for delivery of goods

The chaps here were great - I explained that we needed the goods very quickly due to a trench needing to be backfilled - they got the package over the next day and kept me informed the whole way through - and even mailed me to check that all was ok the next day - 10 10 for customer experience
