DONT GO THERE This is the worst product ever The indoor cam never works and because it goes off line the sensors protecting your house go off line Support is useless and clearly dont care at all about the issues faced the insurance side is just as shocking went to make a claim as we had a water pipe burst under the sink the women was awful and argued with me as said that if the cupboard needed replacing than they would only replace the cupboard and work top for that bit over the sink so basically they would cut out the square the sink sits in as over the cupboard and only replace that part so meaning that the work top would be 2 different colours and they would only replace the doors on the cupboard so again would look odd What a waste of money very very bad service

Laptop still not working after being fixed
Laptop still not working after being fixed 4 weeks now without a working laptop Spoke to sky protect I have to send my laptop in for repair again meaning a further 2 weeks without a laptop making that 6 weeks in total without a laptop as they don t have a competent repair company

No resolution take your custom elsewhere
Always had all my devices and appliances insured with D G Sky My daughter s personalised engraved iPad sent away working still but with water damage was told it would be repaired and a spare part was to be ordered and then arranged for the device to be returned Only the next day a different device was returned According to TRS and DGSP the device was sent to apple who couldn t repair it and sent a refurbished device instead This came not in an apple box and scratched After raising a complaint i have been passed from pillar to post I raised this complaint in August and have been ignored since the start of September I refuse to use the device as I don t accept it and in the mean time I am still paying for the policy Calling every week only to be told they can t do any more but wait for a case handler to investigate Disgusting customer service and complaints procedure lost a very loyal customer I will no longer be recommending them to anyone I completely understand sometime things cannot be repaired and my insurance did not cover it being personalised but I was told this was being repaired not replaced had I of known they couldn t repair it I would have taken it to a repair shop myself It was working when I sent it away and I have had worse devices in worse condition that won t even turn on repaired so I find it hard to believe apple themselves couldn t fix it I also find it strange that TRS are saying it was sent to apple when it was sent to them directly A device sent from apple but not in an apple box

Just THE WORST
Three times I ve been promised delivery of a replacement phone by Sky Protect D G and fulfilled by AO Three times I ve been let down Sent off broken phone 19 Oct Told to order new phone online First given delivery date of 28 Oct Then Nov 1 Then Nov 2 Still don t have a phone or any faith I ll get mine replaced Nightmare More calls tomorrow and no doubt more false promises

Been with Sky over 25 years
Been with Sky over 25 years Stupidly took out this device insurance because the first 3 months were free Thought I had cancelled it in the allotted time only for Sky to take the first d debit payment Cancelled within 8 hours of it going through This Thieving bunch of Scum would not return my Premium They talk about Loyalty customer service when in fact they could not care less I have grown to hate this excuse of a company When my next renewal is due I m off

Sky domestic and general staff is very bad service They can t help the customer properly and doesn t give any proper response To clear our problem we need to make a call continuously to solve any how they don t clear our problem And I did the call for more than 10 times

Do not believe
when I took out this insurance I was informed that an employee would attend on the same day if sky was not working and reported early in the day- if not it would be the next day I have this morning Wednesday1st May asked for a technician as my tv not working- someone will call on Friday When I stated that I was expecting someone to call today the response was we are busy

Probably the worst product I have ever used
The insurance side of things seem ok however the doorbell and other devices offered are absolute rubbish probably the worst not for purpose products and the customer support is dreadful I have literally ripped it all out and gone for a Blink system that is 10000000 better Please people avoid this product The battery life of the doorbell is rubbish last 1 weeks tops and the indoor camera regularly drops service I ve literally had to delete and reinstall every week Come on Sky sort it out or more customers like myself will just bin your products for better services options Avoid this product people

So bad I would not even rate it one star Equipment is absolutely rubbish The sky advisors who cancelled the policy where very apologetic obviously they have had extensive complaints as they were cancelling the service without ET charges so they know there is issues The advisors handled this with good manners and understanding This is not their fault Sky should be testing this equipment and ensuring that it s fit for purpose before advertising it as home protection I went on holiday and my sky doorbell ran out 48 hours later so my home was unprotected for the rest of my holiday

What a complete waste of time
What a complete waste of time I have sky broadband so you d expect everything to work seamlessly Not a chance The most difficult part is set up of the indoor camera and I thought sod it im not bothered about an indoor camera anyway but the rest of the equipment won t work unless the indoor camera is set up first No matter how hard I tried and it was over 3 hours it just would not connect to Sky broadband Reading reviews it also appears this is a common issue so I don t understand why Sky don t sort it out Packed everything away and thrown it in bin No wonder it was free
