sales rep Kevin Hart excellent and good professional service by Skywings
I have to say the sales rep Kevin Hart helped me massively with his experience and knowledge to get me the best deal I used to use Southall and Crystal for flights but Skywings were giving much better deals than them and they also have a very good IT system whereby you confirm your passenger details and dates electronically

Super helpful hands on staff No bots or automated systems You speak directly to someone and they help you Originally I couldn t find a flight out to my destination anywhere They called me back with a seat remaining and talked me through everything Was very grateful for the support Both Kathy and Henry helped me very quickly

So Far So Good
I was called by Kathy Wilson soon after making my on-line booking to check if I might need any assistance with boarding and getting off the plane Whilst I do not it was a most thoughtful follow-up to the booking experience that was gratefully appreciated So far so good I trust that the same level of service will apply should there be any problems later with the booked flights
