False advertising lies and deception from Slamburger Do not order from there
Do NOT ORDER FROM SLAM BURGER EVER I recieved a message on instagram from their official account a week before the 17th of April saying I am one of the winners for the 50 voucher and it was a giveaway on Instagram It had an expiry date which was the 17th of April but I said I cannot come that day Can I come the Sunday after and the official slam burger account replied saying yes I can I went yesterday 24th of April to collect it and I messaged them at 3 41pm and told them I m going with my family for iftar to the Walthamstow branch They said and I quote from the conversation we had on instagram I had ask our marketing manager who said that it won t be a problem to collect the food after the limit Do not hesitate to show them the conversations if needed they sent this response at 7 12pm I go there and the manager tells me that we can t claim it because the official account needs to confirm even though they already did There was a problem with the service in the shop as they did not want to deal with our stress Instead the manager kept ignoring us until we slightly raised our voice and called the manager over to solve the situation despite the fact he can see us He didn t even want to solve the situation He could see we were upset but he didn t want to acknowledge us or talk to us He walked away from our conversation and he didn t even apologise The young boy at the till gave us dirts when we explained to him the situation The management and service was very poor They could have taken us to the side and handle the situation in a calm manner whilst telling other customers to not get involved and the other staff will attend to them Bear in mind they didn t even offer us water and we were fasting This was absolutely ridiculous and it was terrible management The way they conducted themselves in front of us was very unprofessional Not only this but the ones who messaged me the franchise SLAMBURGER are unreliable and unprofessional I messaged them at 3 41pm they replied at 7 12 saying I can go collect it and then when I tell them to confirm again at 7 33pm they don t reply back It s now the next day 25th April and they saw my messages at 11 30pm yesterday and they have yet to reply or respond They saw my review yet they have not apologised They did a public acknowledgement of people myself included winning a giveaway Next time slamburger if you wanna do a giveaway don t give false promises or lie saying we can still go and claim it P S they didn t even give us vouchers Furthermore I called the Birmingham office branch as the manager from Walthamstow tells me this is the main branch and I tell them the situation and they hung up on me I message the company s Instagram and they have yet to respond to take accountability for the situation There was terrible service with the Walthamstow branch and I called them 13x prior to coming to the branch and they didnt pick up The actual company itself lied to me and my family and deceived us It s ridiculous because I went to this place with my family and a three year old and to be treated like the way we were treated not only from this shop but from the actual company itself is despicable and disgusting especially during the month of Ramadan This was false adversiting and do not visit this place whatsoever cause they are liars They posted the giveaway a month ago and then announce the winners a week before the voucher expired that s not dodgy they give the so called 50 voucher during Ramadan when people are busing and therefore not giving enough time to collect the so called voucher Lastly barely any food bloggers commented on the post which means they used my account and platform grabwithabsz for exposure This is the first and last time I go to slamburger One last thing to add for me it s not about the free food it s about the principle Don t say we can go claim it and then say we can t and treat us like dirt Slamburger has no integrity because they did not honour the giveaway DO NOT GO TO SLAM BURGER

Avoid Slamburger Aylesbury3 mistakes on 3 consecutive orders missing popcorn chi missing large fries and terrible sour chi wings returned to branch and staff in denial with no apologies absolute zombies will not be returning to Slamburger Aylesbury as i d rather spend my money where its appreciated

Went for a quick bite with my brother we ordered 2 180 burger meals and asked what drinks we would like my brother had a tango i chose a cherry 7up We went and took a seat i looked at the receipt and noticed we was charged 50p extra for the 7up It wud be nice to be told before hand to let people decide if they want to pay the extraThe burgers were not even lukewarm but we was way to hungry to return them and wait even longer for replacements The burgers was the worst I have eaten They was tasteless and dry and chewy as anythingAs we was leaving I asked if our burgers was cooked fresh the guy said yes When clearly they wasn t and was held in the food holder and pre cooked I been a chef for 13 years 6 of them as a operations manager for one of the biggest burger restaurants Will not return to this place in a hurry

One of the worst fast food joints in UK 1 The standard burgers are sizes for kids 2 Limited choice of salad only lettuce onion tomato and only sauce was an option was ketchup 3 Fries was very thin but not anything like McDonald s 4 The wings are the salty thing in the world exactly like any other spicy wings except they just coated with their special super salty sauce that s all 5 The drinks are labeled in German and the sauce sachet given labelled in Arabic which is odd for a so called fast food restaurant chain which owns around 10 in UK I believe So they broken the food standards and trading standards protocols The law clearly states all food and drinks in UK has to be labeled clearly in English and where it originally manufactured Stick to your local fast food shop or McDonald s

Never again absolutely rubbish Ordered a tripple Burger arrived a piece of paper like burger which looked like it had been boiled no flavour and couldn t see any bit of oil No salad no sauce just sloppy cheap old lettuce cost 7 95 I wouldn t have it for free My cat eats better meat How can you not feel guilty taking peoples hard earned money Slam burger never again I would rather eat CAT Food

Slam burger Aylesbury really disappointing customer service I called to ask when my order will arrive as it had been 1 hour the lady said let me call the driver and she hang up I called back I said Hello I want to know were my food is this other lady who answer said sorry I think your trying to contact slam burger we are a cab company I hung up and check the number and it was Slam Burger in Aylesbury This is very childish what kind of games are you playing Why would you say I think your trying to call Slam Burger when I didn t even mention Slam burger I only mentioned food This is disgusting behaviour I called back 15 times wondering where my food was and no answer my call were purposely ignored

Terrible Cardiff staff attitude and bad smells I went in to the Cardiff branch to see what they had to offer There was a very strange smell of old oil combined with decay There were bags of rubbish in the doorway and a few scattered on the street outside and an overflowing green bin with waste falling all over the place and I also notice there are overflowing bins left in a nearby street Northcote Lane which is causing a huge pile-up of rubbish to blow around the streets which is highly irresponsible The smell in the restaurant was putting me off eating and so a member of staff asked looked at me like an insect and said yes I explained I was looking at the menu and he replied very rudely order food or leave please I replied that I found him very rude at which point the Manager shouted at me to leave and as I left I looked back to see him sticking two fingers up at me What a disgrace
