Superb professional service
5 stars across the board I have attempted in the past to rent from a few estate agents and always found them not too pleasant and obstructive in most but not all cases Thus my last long term rental was a good private landlord However this agent was a breath of fresh air Professional polite smooth processes and very good communication across the board and answered questions well Was made to feel welcome This sort of professionalism and good service I would love to see across the entire sector From the moment I called to enquire to picking up the keys they were very good with us I would definitely use this agent again

The service has been excellent
As a landlord with a few properties I have used a number of letting agencies over the years and I can categorically say Slater and Brandley have by far and away provided the best service Professional meticulous and thorough - I can t fault them Cannot recommend highly enough

Very happy for the house This is the first time I am renting a house outside the university campus here I am an international student have no guarantor and almost knew nothing about referencing setting up utilities it was so distracting when I could not find a place to live after viewings applications for quite a few houses until I found Slater Brandley- they understand your difficulties and they are truly thoughtful and helpful my agent Matthew is very professional efficient patient when I even do not have an UK bank card to pay for everything and he is truly thoughtful Ps the house is really with good price good location Yeah almost ready I am about to moving in

From beginning to end friendly customer service simple process to follow excellent communication The inventory was thorough my new home professionally cleaned and with nice touches like air fresheners dotted around Matthew was a brilliant contact point quickly resolving any issues I encountered They also use Goodlord the simplest and smartest looking tenancy tracking systems I ve used taking a lot of stress out of the moving process
