I went to Sleep Country after making a bad choice of buying a mattress blindly from Amazon I have major back issues and was in excruciating pain I had a Posturepedic which had lasted a good 20 years solid prior to the infamous Amazon purchase I knew that going to Sleep Country Canada would help I wanted another Posturepedic Mohammed the sales person was VERY HELPFUL polite professional and swift in finalizing the sale I arrived right after 10am so I could try the mattresses The available Posturepedics were there Firm and Medium I went straight for the Firm Please keep in mind I was in excruciating pain As soon as I tried the Firm one my pain started to abate Having the store for myself was great Mohammed was very helpful in booking the delivery I wanted the new mattress ASAP Unfortunately the 1st available was in 4 days I literally counted the minutes Mohammed made the arrangements for the delivery I was in and out in 30mins max The peace of mind and actual pain relief was immediate The delivery folks arrived earlier than anticipated but all was good At that point I could not care about getting rid of my Amazon barely 34 day new mattress The delivery folks understood it was new and packaged it well They were in and out in 7 mins tops The best part was on the Posturepedic I could sleep on it immediately Once the delivery folks left I lay down and was gone I slept from 2pm all the way to 2am flawlessly I hope someone else benefits from the picked up Amazon mattress It made my problem worse The Posturepedic I got was Extra Firm Every night I hit the Posturepedic and I am GONE I definitely have been doing much better with my new GRAND ERA Extra Firm Posturepedic than the Amazon one This is my 2nd experience at Sleep Country Canada at the Dufferin and Lawrence Location Very impressed with the service I got both in store and with the delivery guys I hope head office and Supervisors acknowledge your work ethic and extra effort to help customers Thank you Mohammed and delivery guys AAA

Jesse was extremely professional with a great sense of humour Answered all my questions and was very accommodating in getting merchandise from another store as needed He definitely made a positive difference in my customer experience
