Purchased materials from these cowboys to carry out a job in my garden I made it clear at the point of ordering and paying that I was taking time off work to carry out the jobs so delivery need to be by the weekend Of course Friday I get the driver hasn t rocked up Ok so I say refund me the money for the posts and I ll get them from Wickes deliver the rest Monday morning we ll come back to you Obviously they didn t and I had to dig deep again and buy more materials to at least start my job Monday came Monday went still no materials by mid morning and nothing to show Tuesday I had to cancel the order as I simply wouldn t have any chance of completing the work Since then now Friday evening and still no refund So no materials no refund but they give lots of attitude My advice is avoid like the plague Competitive pricing is only competitive if you can actually deliver the goods and these guys don t Dishonest disreputable unreliable

Ordered gate and pergola took two months to deliver it after multiple messages Giving us a dates and never turned up Promised to refund half of money for fitting due to delay- never happened Gate is fitted with too short post and hinges are sticking in the air apparently they meant to come back to replace it - that is what we were told by a fitter but apparently no one in the office know about it then boss saying as yes definitely that s not right that is going to be replaced then again that s not going to happen as our wall won t hold 5cm longer posts Old gate meant to be collected month ago but still no one turned up Avoid like they plague

Half a delivery still no refund
Ordered a delivery back in June mix of materials Only half the delivery turned up Was promised a second delivery nothing turned up after several calls my anger slowly ramping I have been chasing a refund since August with no joy Lots of promises to get it looked into I ll pass that on I don t do that and the boss isn t in Just excuse after excuse Wasn t planning on the review but I am so frustrated with the father and son team had to vent

Great timber aggregates and fencing
The fence panels I ordered are good quality the delivery was prompt the price very reasonable The team are nice people Sam Charlie and others Hard to be excited about fence panels but they re good Last summer I also had some pressure treated planks and before that a couple of tons of shingle The company are who I turn to first their quotes are competitive and their follow up excellent Thanks team
