sagging and warped mattress and base
We have owned this matters and their recommended base for less than a year within 7 months the mattress started sinking in the middle and curling up at the edges It has since been discovered that the base has warped and there is a 3 5cm dip in base and mattress and it s getting worse We want a refund so we can buy something different as we dont want this to happen again They are flat out refusing to issue a refund for their inferior quality products that are not fit for purpose They have offered to replace them but I feel it will happen again and it s not a satisfactory solution Be warned They will not help you when something goes wrong and for us it failed very quickly Do not trust the quality

In a time when a great product which they have isn t enough Sleep Republic goes out of its way to make sure customer service gets top consideration You will get a quick answer you will get a detailed explanation and most importantly if there is a f -up in my case it was the courier company Sleep Republic OWNS THE MISTAKE Do you know how rare and human that is I ll recommend their mattress because it s super comfortable I like mine firm-ish BTW their mattress protector because it lives up to the claims And their mode of business because it is effective and lets them pass their savings onto me If I have any feedback and this will only make sense post-pandemic it is that I d have liked a solution to moving my mattress up a flight of stairs You will need a mate or two to help you But apart from that no hassles at all

Just purchased our second mattress
I purchased one mattress back in 2022 for my husband and I and we have had such good sleep since then Absolutely love the mattress It s really good for partner disturbance because you can barely tell when the other person moves which is great because we have a toddler and I get up in the middle of the night quite a bit We just bought our second mattress last week for our daughter so now she has her very own sleep republic mattress too I highly recommend the mattress I also experienced great customer service from Tanya and Danielle
