Impressive product and customer service
I am extremely impressed with the products I purchased Feels Like Down Duvets and Box Edge Pillows The duvet is so light and warm and the pillows are very comfortable But equally as impressive as the product is the customer service One of the duvets arrived with the outer packaging from the courier ripped which unfortunately meant that the product inside became dirty during transit I contacted customer services sent them a picture via email and they sent me a returns voucher which when used to send the product back to them at the local post office generated a tracking number which as soon as I advised the customer services team of this number generated an immediate replacement The return and replacement took only 3 or 4 days which was over the Christmas period I think that is fantastic customer service for a fault that I believe was probably more to do with the courier than the company itself So in summary fantastic product excellent customer service
