Complete scam -
Ordered on 10 8 and received a prompt acknowledgment and confirmation That was the last that I heard until I reached out a week later and shared that I hadn t gotten any tracking or shipping info I received a reply that stated that there must be some error and I should already have my order but they d look into it right away I reached out again a few days later and said I either needed tracking info or refund info They replied the next day with a long winded apology that was mostly bullshit with a tracking number that also turned out to be bullshit A few days later the tracking number they d provided said that the shipper still hadn t received a package - so I emailed again Oh they assured me the shipper was slow to update but they could see that my package was on the way and that they d keep a watchful eye on things Still nothing and the tracking was still moot - I emailed again and said I was starting a dispute with my card provider They sent me a warning that since my package was in transit filing a claim was fraud and they d prosecute I wrote again and asked WTF and they said an error had been made so sorry they d happily cancel the order and promptly issue a refund The tracking then said the package was in transit from mainland china No refund no package - I emailed again They told me that they could see that the refund had been processed and the delay was my bank Called my bank and they laughed Nope more bullshit The tracking finally said package delivered To coral gables Florida 2500 miles from me They finally today sent me a refund email - but I haven t seen a dime Total scam

Don t bother
Ordered on 3rd October website stated 2-5 days delivery but I m still waiting nearly 3 weeks later Order is shipped from who knows where on a plane so not environmentally friendly at all

Doesn t respond or meet their own shipping policy
Ordered 12 8 24 Got a confirmation email shortly after purchasing Shipping Policy says 3-5 business days to process and 7-14 days to deliver after processing It s been 10 business days and I ve sent multiple emails with no replies Shows it still hasn t been processed Shop app says 2-5 days delivery and we re well past that I ll likely have to get my bank involved

Ordered a SleepySharky with no delivery
Ordered a SleepySharky contacted them by Facebook Messenger and no response contacted by email and they responded asking for order number responded with this complete silence Put a comment about lack of delivery on Facebook and they blocked me Still no response so looks like trading standards Would advise to avoid this company UPDATE Sleepysharky attempted to have the above comment taken down and also claim I spammed their Facebook page and have sent several emails - unfortunately neither are true I have requested a refund within seven days

Horrible customer service
Purchased a sleep shark Nov 23rd for Christmas gift No shipping details 2 weeks later Contacted CS and at first they replied right away saying they will contact warehouse and issue a ticket number Well that s where the communication ended Further emails were never replied to After a month and obviously no chance of arriving by Christmas I contacted AMEX who quickly refunded me Thank goodness for them No I get an email from Sharky saying my order is canceled per my request Um ok Anyway would NEVER recommend or order from this site Seems there are tons of others online anyway

Customer service sucks
I ordered 3 on December 9th for Christmas gifts and they haven t shown up I have contacted customer service twice They asked for my confirmation number and I haven t heard back I have sent an email to cancel the order and refund my money I still haven t heard back

There should be an option for No Stars
There should be an option for No Stars because like everyone here I have reached out 3 times to inquire about my order that just says Preparing Shipment on the Shop app and it has been silent since Will be submitting my request for a refund

Don t bother Unbelievable company
Ordered December 9 and still haven t gotten a tracking confirmation email or any news from their customer service support It s already been more than 2 weeks and my order isn t even being shipped yet but their delivery says that it s supposed to be 2-5 days This is ridiculous and pretty much a scam Tried all sorts of ways to get in contact with the company to no avail
