WHERE IS MY ORDER I placed an order on 3.12.2025. In the confirmation email it stated it would be dispatched no later than 15th December. I have emailed numerous times and receive an automated email back each time. I have now requested a refund and guess what no reply!! Absolutely disgusting service stay well away.

Disappointing Experience with Marbled Table
I recently purchased a marble-topped table from this company and unfortunately my experience has been far from satisfactory Upon receiving the table I discovered noticeable damage to the marble surface When I reached out to their customer service their proposed solution was to offer a mere 5 euros to cover the damaged item This compensation is completely disproportionate to the inconvenience and disappointment caused by receiving a damaged product Despite expressing my concerns via email I have yet to receive any response from their customer service team The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and it reflects poorly on the overall service provided by this company In conclusion my experience with this purchase has been marred by inadequate customer service and a failure to address a significant issue I would advise potential buyers to exercise caution and consider alternative options with better customer support

Made a order 1st of may and received an email that they are preparing the order and order will be sent before 10th of May When didn t receive any info after 10th of May contacted them to ask where is the order They said we don t have have this in stock and we are cancelling your order So basically waisted two weeks Avoid as you are just wasting your time

I placed an order for three items with the same shipping fee to distribute the shipping cost However Slowood canceled two of the items due to being out of stock but still proceeded to ship the remaining item When I requested to cancel the order entirely they refused This is unfair as I only placed the order with the intention of receiving all three items together
