Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service They charged my card and never shipped the items Then they went dark and refuse to respond to emails DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANYThere do not show a valid physical address and have multiple domains - very sketchy

Smalleginesprodealer com stay away from this place I chatted with a rep after waiting for a transmission to ship for about 3 weeks He told me that the companies were having a hard time getting parts to build the products And he said it will be a while before they had the part back in stock So I did a cancellation request and ordered it some place else The very next day they the status changed to preparing to ship Another guy sends me an email saying that it was too late to cancel the item I also talked to a guy on the phone and he said I would have to follow their return policy Well he wouldn t tell me what it was So for transmissions if they let you send it back there is a 40 restocking fee This product did not ship for another 2 days It could have been stopped at their end I will never do business with this company again

Complete morons refusing to cancel and refund a 3 week backordered part when their supposed policy clearly states You may cancel your order in whole or in part only if the part is backordered and it isn t ready to ship Once an order has been shipped or is in the process to be shipped we cannot cancel it

NOTORIOUS SCAMMERS

Said items were in stock then emailed me and said they werent in stock then told me I owed 3x more in shipping fees that they wanted paypal payment for When I asked how they knew what size the box would be when they diddnt even have the items they folded and basically admitted it was a scam I asked for a shipping quote or invoice and they said they were going to refund my order STILL NO REFUND CONTACTING POLICE FBI AND CREDIT CARD COMPANY AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Deceptive and questionable

They have been unable to provide a part for weeks which they took the money for including shipping They seem to order from a supplier and reship But despite their not having received the part themselves they refused a refund This seems to me to border on fraudulent behavior

If you wish to order from this company I suggest that you contact them first for availability of the item s They appear to have little to nothing in stock which raises a red flag My items took exactly 34 days to arrive They also go by at least one other business name

Placed order August 27th 6 weeks later NO parts NO updates NO communication Selling parts they do NOT have but taking ALL funds up front on what apparently are nothing but backorders Looks like they operate on the HOPE you forget about your order lost in your emails so they get to keep your funds while providing NOTHING in return They have NO INVENTORY Just a drop-shipper AVOID
