Pictures are beautiful Customer service is topnotch I had an issue with pictures that I have sent in being blurry They allowed my pictures to be on hold until I was able to send in pictures that would be better quality

My products came out beautiful and very high quality I had an issue with one of my prints due to some confusion with the border and the customer service went above and beyond to help get it corrected and FAST They were so kind quick to respond and were immensely helpful

I requested a replacement due to a corner damaged on my print and they didn t hesitate to immediately offer a solution and had a new print out to me within the week They even followed up once I got it to ensure it met my qualify expectations Really appreciate the extra time and efforts taken to make things right Not to mention- I was obsessed with the frames from the start Thanks so much
