Awful experience - Filthy purifier arrived
Awful experience I bought a Sqair purifier that arrived filthy disconcertingly so Black finger prints all over it and red marks I contacted Sharon at SmartAir about this and she was defensive from the outset stating she couldn t see how this was possible and requesting photographic evidence I can understand asking for photos but not the defensiveness She then said well what do you want to do then again defensively I said a replacement would be great one that is clean I hoped I provided the photos and Sharon said someone would collect this I received a call from David in the warehouse who was lovely and he arranged collection the next day he d said they would also deliver my replacement that day too He said that he thought the purifier must have had the filter changed and they d not used gloves this was why it was so dirty all over - still doesn t feel reassuring when it s an air purifier it makes you feel like it s been used The dirty purifier was collected and thankfully I kept the receipt for this as nothing came as a replacement for the next 9 days Sharon when I contacted her again said she d need to locate both items before she d issue a refund I then received an email a few days later saying I d be issued a refund and it might take up to 5 days but is usually much quicker She was this time apologetic Eight days later nothing had been refunded I had to contact them yet again the fourth occasion to state that if I was not refunded by the end of the day I d issue a dispute via Paypal Ping into my account comes the refund I find this customer service appalling I d been nothing but really calm and understanding all the way along I wouldn t touch them with barge pole or two

Do not buy one of their products
Do not buy In some countries ie France the Sqair air purifier is only available through a reseller they have partnered with They are happy to sell you a Sqair but when you need new filters every 4 months you are left with a useless device the reseller doesn t sell them and doesn t care and Smart Air doesn t want to ship them to your country both of them simply ignore you when you contact them about this little issue I have never seen so much contempt for a customer Lesson learned never again

Horrible
I switched over to Smartair when numerous other filters from my previous brand would let off a horrid smell within weeks To my complete surprise after receiving the Squair product the filter does the exact same as their competitors but within just two days it stinks exactly like my other brand filters all these companies are the same using cheap toxic filters from China there is absolutely no difference except designs and pricing the delivery took over a week which is ridiculous in the US and to make matters worse it is sold through a fraudulent website SmarterHepa com does NOT have a working email or phone number so I now have to file a chargeback with my credit card company Beware and do NOT order anything from this company

broken smartair blowere
both the smartair blowers i have bought have stopped working neither are taking a charge or running of the charger tried contacting smartair spoke to a operator was told they would sort things out for me the small one worked for twelve month and the large one is less than twelve month old tried talking on line but no one came back to me

I love Smart Air products
I love Smart Air products I have blast and QT3 It made my air cleaner and my home fresher My neighbors smoke cigarettes on the balcony and now thanks to the purifier I can t smell the smoke

Scientific reasonable passionate
I love Smart Air and what they do I have their QT3 and it s been a great help to me in various settings It feels good quality and I imagine the rest of their products are similarly high quality From following Smart Air on social media I can tell that they put a lot of thought and love into what they do Would recommend
