So If you are asking if this company is a legitimate one or not yes it is Either you will get your requested product with the same mentioned specification or you will get refunded compensated Customer service team is highly responsive they provide answers within few hours and they try to handle your concerns as soon as possible Concerning my order it was a prescription sunglasses I have received my order within 2 weeks Prescription lenses require about 7-10 working days to be prepared quality of lenses is good however I advice you to choose thin type of lenses not the standard type otherwise it shall be thick specially if you choose a metal frame In my case shipping has taken place by FEDEX courier there were customs and duties to be paid at the time of delivery but I have sent a refund request to customer service and they have made the refund within 2 days Despite of having some concerns related to the product original packaging but the overall experience was great Special thanks to Ms Steffany Service Manager for making great efforts to solve it
