Very responsive Customer service

I ve given this 5 star for the following reasons - Easy to set up on my Mac- It worked well for 5 or 6 days and then suddenly halfway through watching a programme it would no longer do what it was supposed to - Customer service is v v fast to respondI believe that my old operating system is what caused any problems I have that to be able to continue using some old software that I don t want to have to replace Thanks Ian from the Smart DNS Proxy team for your fast responses

I have been with Smartdnsproxy for close on to 10 years which says it all really The service support is great the features easy to navigate and the platform provides excellent proxy coverage when moving from continent to continent as I often do Ben just pointed me in the right direction concerning my 2 year renewal coming up soon

Fastest response from a support desk

I was sent an email about my subscription being expired I contacted SmartDNSProxy immediately and got the usual automated reply to acknowledge my support request Exactly 4 minutes later I heard back from a live person to say there had been an error and all was OK Fastest service I have had from any support organization especially at 6 a m EST

Top Quality Support

Like others we have been using Smart DNS for several years And yes on a rare occasion a technical hiccup occurs But these guys are wizards and can solve issues in a heartbeat and they have done so for me Highly recommend the vpn service

Quick response to troubles service

The quickness of a response from an email service request is unmatched There is an automated response but the staff followed up quickly Once the trouble was recognized the techs got to work to resolve our issue of not receiving PRIME in our out-of-country region
